DMCA Policy for Roasted Broccoli Recipe

Roasted Broccoli Recipe respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects its users to do the same. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) of 1998, the text of which may be found on the U.S. Copyright Office website at http://www.copyright.gov/legislation/dmca.pdf, we will respond expeditiously to claims of copyright infringement committed using the Roasted Broccoli Recipe website and/or services (the "Service") if such claims are reported to our Designated Copyright Agent as described below.

Filing a DMCA Infringement Notice

If you are a copyright owner, or are authorized to act on behalf of one, or authorized to act under any exclusive right under copyright, please report alleged copyright infringements taking place on or through the Service by completing the following DMCA Infringement Notice and delivering it to our Designated Copyright Agent.

Upon receipt of a valid Notice, we will take whatever action, in our sole discretion, we deem appropriate, including removal of the challenged content from the Roasted Broccoli Recipe website.

A proper DMCA Infringement Notice must include the following:

  1. Your physical or electronic signature.
  2. Identification of the copyrighted work that you claim has been infringed, or, if multiple copyrighted works are covered by a single notification, a representative list of such works.
  3. Filing a DMCA Counter-Notification

  • Your physical or electronic signature.

Upon receipt of a valid Counter-Notification, we will send a copy to the original complaining party.
